The investor needs to recognize the huge growth potential for a product/service like this.  There are several stages in the development and right now we are on phase one.  We currently have a patent application under way so no further information can be revealed. 

Financial Direction - Fiscal Responsibility

Your investment in Eclipse Card will be applied directly to the development of this business.  Typically, this means the funding will go towards the purchase of equipment, professional assistance (technical and legal), maintenance, and promotion.  At any given time, an investor may request a financial statement.  Such a statement and may be made available within 3 business days (or sooner) for the most up to date statement.

Return on investment

Your investment in Eclipse Card will be treated with the utmost caution. However, since this is a new company, we can not, on any account, for tell what the market will be like.  Typically, we will work on a 5 year plan.  After this period an investor may make a request for the return on his/her investment.  Other arrangements can be made upon request.  An annual report will be made available to all investors at the end of May each year starting in 2001.  Together, we can make this a lucrative relationship.   

Investment Note

Eclipse Card is a young company in need of serious investors.   Note that these are private shares and not currently  traded in a stock exchange .   Major investors (>$300,000 USD) are eligible to have a member sit on the board of directors.
