Your Personal Data
Your personal data will never be sold to, shared, or openly exposed to other clients, merchants, nudist colonies, monkeys, or anyone for that matter with out your consent.  Eclipse Card, however, does reserve the right to confirm with financial institutions and other businesses that you do have a valid membership or business dealings with them.  In circumstances where the validity of your information is questionable (ie. a typographical error occurs, we will attempt to contact you).  In circumstances whereby someone is using or attempting to defraud others, assistance to the legal authorities will be provided; you will be notified of such.  

In a nut shell, we will not expose your personal data to anyone provided that you are not a crook.

General trends of use of the Eclipse Card may be tracked but your individual trends & data will not be exposed.

Eclipse Card will make every effort to keep and maintain the integrity and security of this site and any data related within.  We will use the most current security measures know.  Our relationship with our clients is based upon trust; we at Eclipse Card hold that in the utmost of importance.  We want to offer a secure & reliable service for our clients.

 

Eclipse Card Shop Safe Guarantee: 
In the unlikely event unauthorized use of your credit card occurs, contact us immediately; we will follow the reporting procedures defined by your credit card provider and notify you.  Most credit card companies cover all charges that result from unauthorized use of your credit card or may limit your liability to $50.00 US - the maximum liability allowed under the Fair Credit Billing Act.  For additional information on the Fair Credit Billing Act, contact the Bureau of Consumer Protection or visit the Federal Trade Commission web site at www.ftc.gov.     If your credit card company holds you liable for unauthorized charges made as a result of your credit card purchase from EclipseCard.com while using our secure server, we will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to the maximum of $50.00 US. 

Technology 
Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The encryption process  takes the information you enter and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.  This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. 

Once your encrypted personal information is received by our secure server, it is processed and stored in our off-line database. Your
credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again. To further ensure the safety of all your personal information, we've located our off-line database in a secure underground data center.
