*Sign Up: Permissions*
	By using the Eclipse Card™ and/or any of the products and services herein, you hereby authorize Eclipse Card and its employees to act on your behalf for the verification and transactions pertaining to the use of the service associated with the Eclipse Card. You also agree that Eclipse Card may, from time to time, send you notification of improvements or modifications of the services provided. Typically, you will not be barraged with correspondences. A user option will be made available to obtain an Eclipse Card news letter which may be a more offered at more frequent intervals. These terms and conditions may change from time to time; it is up to the client to make themselves familiar with these policies.
*Sign Up: Length of Membership, Memberships*
	A minimum six (6) month membership is required. People dissolving the membership after 6 months will be allowed to resign up providing they were in good standing previously. Fees must be paid before any services are provided (except in the cases of initial incentive programs). For example, in a "get the first 2 months free" program, you must make a commitment of 6 months but only pay for 4 months. If one decides to discontinue their membership after the two (2) "free" months, a nominal fee will be charged. Fees are subject to change from time to time.
*Use of Eclipse Card*^{^SM}
	The use of the Eclipse Card™ (EC) and any other services provided are to be for legitimate reasons only. Any illegal use involving the Eclipse Card will not be tolerated. (See Privacy Policy). Any questionable usage of the card will ultimately be the responsibility of the card holder. Financial losses due to fraud, lost, or stolen debit, credit, store, or other cards are the responsibility of the client and his or her agreement with the original card issuer & not Eclipse Card. The EC is a virtual card (electronic card) offered for the convenience of doing business on the internet. Currently, we are only operating as a card registry service.
*Limitations (access, time)*
	Eclipse card will endeavor to provide reasonably quick access to your account. The turnaround time for the reissue of a new Eclipse Card will be kept to less than 48 hours (mostly done in 24 or less). Emergency cancellation of credit, debit, and other cards will be greatly facilitated by sending an email to solutions@eclipsecard.com.
